"I hate to be "the one" who reviews places this low. I was excited to try this new place out as it had great reviews, however, my experience wasn't all that great. Service was slow on a Thursday night with food coming out one appetizer and entree at a time (the restaurant was half-full). I could see people waiting around 10-15 minutes for the bill and/or boxes. The main reason why I reviewed this place one star is because I found a hard piece of plastic in my coconut curry (yes, it was plastic, not an onion). I bit into it and felt discomfort. I'm uncomfortable knowing the curry was cooked at high temperatures with plastic inside of it. Second, the vegetable biryani had a 1" by 1" fruit or something that was fully pitted. I bit into it unknowingly and almost cracked a tooth. Two unpleasant ingredients on different entrees. Also, the soda fountain must be broken because the soft drink was warm (even with tons of ice in it). The flavors were present, just the bad experiences will keep me from coming back, unfortunately."

"The curries at this place are fantastic - way better than most other Indian places in Utah, and obviously homemade. There was an entire star anise in one of ours tho so watch out for the whole spices! Also they serve goat which I love. I’m giving this a 4 overall for two reasons. The naan is all wrong. It’s very bready not hollow and light the way it should be. We also ordered a crispy shrimp appetizer that had good flavor but was not crispy and was more breading than shrimp. They are still working out the kinks in their service - the place is new so that’s understandable. We were served quickly but they definitely don’t have a rhythm down for things like refilling water. We’ll go back and try a paratha or another bread instead of the naan."

"Food was amazing loved it felt like a good smack of fresh spice down my airway! Loved the curry and the chai was just over all quality over anything. As I devoured everything on my plate my wife always enjoyed her meal, I do have to say hostess did show favoritism with customers over still really enjoyed my food."

"This restaurant lives up to the hype! 10/10, best Indian food I’ve ever had. The flavors, spices, chutneys and dressings, all amazing. We had garlic naan—get it!—vegetable stuffed dumplings, hariyali paneer tikka, shrimp vindaloo. My only regret was we were too full to try more dishes. Excellent service and great atmosphere in a cool building. Pleasant background music quiet enough to hear table conversation. How did Ogden get so lucky? We’ll be back!"

"Great service, great atmosphere, and the food was outstanding! I don’t think we’ll be getting any other Indian food elsewhere now that we have tried here, the spices and detail to the dishes is top notch. Definitely check them out! An article called them the table25 of Indian food and in Ogden that’s the best you can ask for!"
