""Where do I even begin with Zumiez? It's like they took all the things you hate about shopping and packaged them into one chaotic experience. Picture this: You walk in, and it's as if a tornado hit a Hot Topic and scattered its remains across the store. Everything is crammed together like a bad game of Tetris, and good luck finding anything in this maze of skateboards and graphic tees. Oh, and don't forget the overpowering smell of teenage angst mixed with artificial cotton. The staff? Well, let's just say they look like they're auditioning for a low-budget remake of 'Dazed and Confused.' If you enjoy feeling disoriented, overwhelmed, and slightly judged by disinterested employees, Zumiez is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.""
"UNCOMFORTABLE STORE: We rode our bikes to station park and had backpacks clipped to our backs and went to zumiez. We looked at the clearance rack in the front for about a minute then at a hat rack where we were asked to leave our bags by the door. We were both confused because we have never been asked this before and we hesitated. The employee then singled out my partner and said “leave your bag by the door”. So he just said “uhh no thanks we will leave”. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving our bags by the door where we couldn’t see them while shopping. Not a safe feeling for sure"
"I was in there and I was telling my homie that he was in the girls section and one of the employees walked up to me and said there is nothing wrong with going into the girls section and I said well he's a boy and there isn't anything bad about going into the girls section and he said that he doesn't support homophobic ppl and kicked me out of the store by far the worst Zumiez in Utah they have also accused me of stealing in the past when I have never stolen anything in my life"
"My aunt and little sis went in and just cuz my aunt walked out of the store and my sister stayed to look and went to check up on my aunt they called the cops on them cuz they thought they were stealing. Cops talked to them and found nothing they were stealing"
