"If I could give zero stars I’ll do it! Terrible customer service. The staff was dismissive which I could understand as working in retail is stressful. However, body shaming an individual is not acceptable. The person who was “helping” me was not willing to show me the item I was looking for and made a hateful comment about my body. I feel embarrassed and disappointed that they treated me unfairly because of my body shape."

"I am a long time Lululemon customer. One of the main reasons why I buy their clothes is because I know that if there is a problem with it, they will make it right. This store in Orem has terrible customer service. They refused to refund me for an item that met all of the appropriate criteria (I went online and got a full refund). Their managers were argumentative and unhelpful. If you want to go to a Lulu store find a different one."

They are rude and don’t have any empathy for their customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE, have to drive to the Murray location just to get quality service."

Multiple in person experiences of walking into the store as a pop up and now their new store and simply being ignored and when needing help having to almost beg to get someone to help find correct sizing. As someone that walked in wearing the brand/current customer and being ignored like this, i can’t imagine how new customers get treated!!"
