"I don’t ever leave reviews but I was very surprised by how my friend and I were treated around 30 minutes before closing. Not once were we asked if we needed help let alone greeted and I couldn’t find any employees on the floor besides the one employee checking people out. When I stood in line for checkout there were the perfume roller ball perfumes I was looking at since they’re adjacent to the checkout line. The employee at the cash register told me I needed to get back in the checkout line. The perfumes were in the checkout line! Never in my life have I been spoken to like that in a store! After checking me out she just handed me my bag and didn’t say anything else to me and I said have a good night and she just mumbled you too. She also didn’t give me any tissue paper but the lady behind me she did give her some which felt uncomfortable walking around the mall. I really did not appreciate the service. If you’re looking for helpful employees I suggest going to a different location."

"I have bought 3 bras in the past 1 year from there and everyone the wire breaks out and stabs me within 2 months! I will be shopping somewhere else it sucks too pay so much for a bra that doesn't last"

"Stood in line. The only person waiting to check out. While a woman on her phone was checking out. After 5 mins of everyone watching this woman on her phone and no movement from the cashier except staring at the lady on the phone, I asked if someone else could ring me up. Then the cashier does, oh she’s waiting on me. Then she started scanning the rude lady on the phones purchase. All these other employees standing around and didn’t offer to help, then I come to watching rudeness all around."

"A friend of mine told me she wanted to visit Victoria Secret, to get a new bra, to surprise her husband with. So, I was with my puppy at the time, but the 3 of us had a great time here. The friendly customer service was OUTSTANDING! They were so helpful in answering any/all questions, and were really very helpful in trying to find the right stuff. One thing that shocked me, is how open they were with the return policy! They mentioned quite a few times that if she wasn't happy with what she got, that they'd welcome the return to make it right."
