"This is the worst dress store I've ever been to. Employees were very rude when I asked about where the larger dresses are, and by "larger" I mean anything above a medium, which by the way is only 1 rack."

"The experience was good the way that they run the store definitely allows you to be able to try on as many dresses as you can in the hour with your assigned room. Although I did end up purchasing a dress here yesterday that was just beautiful. I did make the mistake of not looking up the price online from the original seller. The dress had been marked up about 30% from what I could have bought online. I realize you gotta make a profit and it is beneficial to try it on in store but I would have rather paid a lot less. Anyways nothing I can do now and I'm really happy the dress, just be warned if that's something you care about."

"When I realized that I came home from the Dress Collective with the wrong dress size (100% my fault), my heart dropped. The store is "appointment only" and I knew they were closed for the rest of the weekend. My engagement photo shoot was scheduled for that day and as you can see it would be hard to pull off this dramatic shot at the Salt Flats without a statement dress. Logically I knew this was not the end of the world; however, I was really disappointed. A lot had been choreographed to pull off this artistic endeavor (weather, measuring water depth, renting a dress, researching the the relationship between wind and ripples, babysitting, work schedules, etc. etc.). Luckily the Dress Collective owner provided me her personal cell number (yes she is a saint, if your not convinced by that act of trust, keep reading). As we messaged back and forth she made a special trip to her store (I recall it was approximately an hour round trip) and graciously refused a tip. I loved both the remarkable customer service and the dress selection. Since another engagement photo shoot is off the table, I can't wait for an excuse to rent my next dress from the Dress Collective."

"100 stars. Best dress shop and experience I have ever been to and had. Truly. Extremely organized, clean, smells very nice. Very big space, to where the racks are not crowded with dresses and there is room to breath in the isles! The dressing rooms are also very spacious and big enough to hold all of your dress selection. WIDE selection, both in long and short dresses. They had two rows of dresses for bigger girls like me!! Super kind workers, very helpful and energetic! Welcomed me right in, explained the store, the tags, the whole process and were there to help carry my dresses. Made me feel really confident. Dresses are in great conditions and reasonable prices. I totally would shop there again, not just for school dances. 100 stars!!"
