However, I was very disappointed two days ago when I tried to return for store credit a necklace my wife had received in a community gift exchange. The item was brand new with Chico's tags, YET they would not allow me to make the return for her because she was not a "passport" member. This is supposed to be a high end store. Even Walmart allows a return without receipt. I am very disappointed in the management of Chico's located in Orem, Utah."
