Debbie responded promptly on a Saturday and then followed up with me on Monday saying all items were shipping out that day. The clothes overall were great and looking forward to wearing them on my upcoming trip. The only thing I noticed is the sizing was not consistent on their tops and had to return two items due to sizing issue. I used the chat feature for questions on the return and a new order, and they were very friendly and helpful."

They took care of it within 24 hours and issued a refund. Received my order and 1 item was missing and noticed not all of the sales tax was removed. Only returning 3 out of 12 items, since they didn't fit right on my body. Even though it is store credit only. I don't mind since there was so much more I wanted to buy.
