"Very friendly folks! Both receptionists were very friendly! The Tech handled my cat well when taking her weight and Dr Pine was kind and listened to all my questions. I had no luck trying to schedule appointments for my cat nearby- everyone was booked out and not taking new patients. When I called them, they were very accommodating and got her in that day. I was worried about a possible infection so they mad an effort to schedule quickly! Turns out it was just really swollen cat acne so I'm very grateful Dr. Pine was able to give a proper diagnosis before I gave up searching locally and went to an emergency clinic! Very reasonable exam fee and med prices too! (I'd probably be broke paying for the same service at an ER vet!!) Thanks guys! It was definitely worth the drive up from Hurricane! I will probably drive the extra miles to have them see all 4 of my cats when thier vaccines are due."
