"They period there were really nice but when I asked for my hair to be bleached and dyed the color I wanted was purple, I ended up walking out with very damaged bleach hair and my hair was somehow red, hated my hair it look horrible and tried to hide in for as long as I could, surprised my hair didn’t fall out cause they left the bleach in for an hour and only left they dye in for 30 minutes. Please get your time right so you don’t completely ruin people’s hair, had to chop it all off cause of how dead my hair was and sense I wanted to use box dye from now on after this experience, really enjoyed the people, didn’t enjoy the treatment of my hair"

"The girl, who did my nails was super sweet! Unfortunately, before the end of the night, my thumb had the polish chipped off, and before the end of the next day, two of the acrylic nails had come off completely. They weren’t even on two full days! When I called to see if I could get my nails redone, or get a refund, the school explained that it was done by a student, and therefore I had no guarantee that they would be good… I knew that was something I should expect going in, but I didn’t think they would come off SO quickly. I was definitely bummed ☹️"

"I got a pedicure. I booked online, I picked a student and the time, but when I got there they gave me a different student. The pedicure took almost 2 hours long and the polish work is not good at all… The student I had was very kind and nice to chat with, she is graduating in July so I thought great I had an experienced tech. I was looking forward to having my nails painted for my trip to Hawaii this week but will be getting my polish redone ASAP. I know it’s a school, I was a cosmetology student myself. I just think these schools need to teach their students how to do all of their services well… I was a bit disappointed but I guess what can I expect? It’s a school where everyone is learning."
