"*READ TO THE END* To start off, I hated my class when I took a course back in 2020. My instructor at the time was a joke and had little to no involvement in our education and expected us to know everything by day one. This instructor also was constantly on his phone and was annoyed when anybody asked him a question. He constantly bad mouthed other branches of EMS and bottom line set us up for an eminent failure. I took the course during the pandemic which was a hard time for the school with following CDC guidelines while maintaining a somewhat normal class schedule ( I don’t blame the school for this, the pandemic sucked) this made it to where we had to schedule a time to go into class and get our required hands on training. It was hard for me to find time to go in with my full work schedule but I quit my job and really made an effort to finish my class. While making a genuine attempt to finish my class, I was told “If it were up to me, I would have failed you a long time ago” I’m glad to know that he’s since been fired from the school as an instructor and sad to know that he’s left bad one star reviews to find some sort of solace for his insecurities. *2 years later* I am Currently enrolled in another class at the same EMT UTAH and I’m having an absolute blast! I have a super awesome instructor (Houston) who cares about his students and has a genuine interest in our progression and education. Classes are made to be fun and exciting! Houston is always keeping us on our toes with spontaneous trainings and scenarios. It is such a relief to finally have the class that I was hoping for. In glad that I came back to this school as it has some of the highest pass rates in utah. I have met other instructors at this school and have had the same joyful experience. Michele is a wonderful instructor and taught us wonderfully about cardiology and made it simple and easy to remember. To conclude a very lengthy review, I would 100 % recommend this course to anybody looking to have a great start in EMS and even to those who have taken this course and left disappointed I would invite you to come back and have a similar experience to me."

"Went here in 2016 passed the class. Instructor’s were great except for one, John was his name I believe. Felt as though he had it out for me as if he didn’t want me to succeed. I did regardless of the negative instruction. Hope he isn’t still there."

"Graduated on the 19th of Dec., 2020 and got certified on the 6th of Jan., 2021. this was a great class and Michele, Tadyana, Nicole, Kyle, and Tori are outstanding instructors. the course structure and how the information is presented not only made learning fun, but it gave me the information and confidence I needed to pass the NREMT cognitive exam on my first try. Now I am starting my AEMT course this week with EMT Utah and the awesome instructors of the Clearfield campus and I know I will receive the best training in the state. I highly recommend EMT Utah if you are looking to get into the EMS field."
