"This may be the first time I am leaving a 5 star review for a Ford dealership. This place has the friendliest and most helpful people working here. Maybe I am just used to the beat down big city dealers, but I was really impressed. Here's what happened to me on a road trip... Going to Grand canyon and had just had new transmission pan installed somewhere in DFW. They apparently overfilled the fluid and did not torque down all the pan bolts. 2 hours down the road transmission starts shifting all wrong and notice smoke behind me from fluid on the exhaust. Long story short took it to this dealer and explained I was in a bit of a pickle and could they help. Had me in and out so fast. When I need another car down the road I will make the drive 2 hours from my house to use Kory Hooks just because the service staff was so great."
