"Nothing in this store has the right price on it. You just have to guess how much it is until you get to the register and find out. I was told today that the price that was listed wasn't the correct price and they had to charge me the price that's in the computer. Other than that MAJOR problem, the place is clean and well lit. Customer service is very lacking."
"I had the best experience I've had in a long while today! I needed a key cut for my pick up and I was having a heck of a time getting it done in Wichita Falls. One call to Ace set me on the right track! I went up on my lunch break and the gentleman cut me a copy within SECONDS all while providing the best customer service I've had in a LONG TIME! "Love the convenience of having a local Ace Hardware, especially here in our little town. I can honestly say, I have not been back to a Lowe's or Home Depot since the day this Ace opened here in Burkburnett. I don't need them. If it's not here locally, the employees can usually get it here in a day or two by special order. Speaking of employees, these folks are some of the best. The second I walk in the door I hear, "Welcome and can we help find anything?" Even better, they know exactly where the item is every time I do answer. Love this place! Ace truly is the place with the helpful hardware folks! PS ... Don't forget to grab some 'World's Finest Chocolate' at the checkout counter. That is if I left you any."
"Always a great visit to this store.. They have a wide range of stock which is perfect for the home improvements we are currently doing at home. The staff are very helpful and friendly which is great and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend a visit to this store"
