"We had our son at hastings hospital Tahlequah ok this women was the delivery dr covering for someone there my wife was in labor and we did not think we would make it to tulsa this women did not get into the room for over a hour we were having issues keeping baby's heart rate up while my wife would change postions baby's heart rate improve when she came into the room she did not try to change my wife's postion instead she took a heart rate monitor and put it on baby's head within a minute she said take her to OR ( operating room) for emergency c section my wife was crying that was one thing she did not want I didn't want it for her either we both told the Dr and nurses we were not ok with it they knocked my wife out and cut her open under miss poteets orders after everything 6hrs later she's come in the room I asked this women 1 thing and told me everything I asked miss poteet how many c sections have you performed in your career she replied oh" 700 or so take a look at her stats when she started doing this and do the math very high c section rate she is un qualified to do what she does she also lied about how long the monitor was on baby's head I'm going to say this now please rethink using this women as a practioner also I am ashamed of cherokee nation for allowing someone like this to perform labor deliverys in there hospital I believe this could have been avoided and a healthy baby this women needs to be investigated for Mal-practice"

"I loved having Dr. Poteet! She delivered my third pregnancy which was V-bac number 2 during our current pandemic. It was my best delivery experience so far! I was induced; water was broken in the morning (Ladies this isn't comfortable but it was better than the previous time) and delivered at 2. Excellent bedside manner and a great sense of humor. Over the course of my pregnancies, I've seen one midwife, two obgyns, a hospitality, and every doctor at the owasso practice. Dr. Poteet is the most laid back and will do her best to provide me with the birthing experience I desired."

"Shared the problems that I thought I might have had due to the symptoms I was experiencing. She told me that my months of issues were normal and kept putting me on different kinds of birth control. Months later I’m in the Emergency Room for the same issues worsening that she didn’t want to look into. Was suggested that I seek out another gynecologist for proper treatment."

"I tried to post my review but because it was about the neglect during the delivery it won’t let me push post so I’m trying it this way . We regret using her as a doctor. Our baby had to be buried five weeks after he was born . I didn’t even want to give her one star but you have to in order to leave a review . She will do wrong and she will cover her medical records so that she is not held accountable !!!! Please if you can go anywhere else, go there not here !!!"
