"I recently underwent a titrated sleep study at Bailey. The intake was easy and the person at the desk was friendly and accommodating. The wait from check in to being taken upstairs to begin the study was brief. The tech in charge of the sleep study was friendly, patient and very detailed in explaining the procedure. The setting for the study was clean and comfortable. The equipment for the most part was first rate. All of that being said, for $11,600, one might expect that the facility could provide a properly sized CPAP mask and enough help so that one is not run through the chute like cattle at the sale. I saw another gentleman who was taken up with me who was not a small person either, and I suspect that he had a similar experience. In addition, it would make sense to maybe hire another tech or two so that a man might not have to try to go to sleep at eight o clock at night with his tiny mask digging into his bottom lip and pinching his nose shut. This is because I was told that it was time to start the study because there were more people coming in for tests. I will repeat, the tech was first rate, but for the price of a small car, it is not unreasonable to expect proper staffing levels and equipment."

"Very friendly staff from the moment I walked into the facility. I had several test scheduled and was taken from one to the other without any delays. It was amazing how well the scheduling went, I will admit I was in total suprise as each person was waiting for me at the next department. I have never had this experience at any other medical facility in NE Oklahoma. I will return to Bailey for up coming test and surgery."
