"Clean store and we'll organized. Went in couple days ago to browse around and look for a mother's day gift, left to keep looking at other options from other stores. Ended up coming back for a purse I really wanted for a mother's day gift. I dress in street casual clothes and not once did I feel looked at weird or judged, which I have felt at many "luxury" stores. As I was checking out she signed me up so I could get a discount, not sure if they get any commission for sign ups. But I thought it was very kind of her, we talked for awhile while she wrapped and put the purse in the box never felt rushed or like she just wanted us out after. Loved the energy of her and the other worker both very lovely woman. Will definitely be back when I need to purchase something else!"

"Great selection of purses but they never have large clothes. Very disappointing. UPDATE: I will probably never go in this store again. I purchased a cheap bag on sale. I got it home and realized "the one from the back" had a very large scratch on it. I called the store and left my number to make sure they could replace the same bag. Everything went smoothly with the exchange. The problem came afterwards when a woman from the store kept texting me from her personal number. She would send me a text message or call me every 10 days or so, bothering me to come into the store. It was so bad I had to block the number. Instead of going back to get my daughter's bag, I just ordered it online. It was much more pleasant, convenient, and safe. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PHONE NUMBER."

"They sent me a defective shoe, holes are punched in slanted. Let me on hold for 38 minutes hung up. No return call. Called back say on hold after speaking to a representative only to have them pass the call to someone else who knew nothing that was going on, to explain all over again . Got so frustrated hung up and getting a full refund honor your product"

"I recently went to this location and let me tell you, Nichole, the store manager was amazing! I wanted one of their newer black dresses and they didn't have my size. I was embarrassed and awkward because I had to ask about the XL. She made it way more comfortable and told me she could order me one online and if it didn't fit, it would be an easy return. She has made me a forever customer with her kindness and compassion. She made me feel more comfortable in my own skin. These interactions are too rare. I will definitely shop here for good."
