"Just swung by the Crust Club for the first time. We grabbed their large chicken pot pie and a quartet of sweet pies. The sweet treats? Absolute winners. The chicken pot pie, though, could've used a bit more moisture. We're keen to explore more of their menu next time. A shout-out to the staff - a bit more pie knowledge would make the experience even better!"
"First timer, here. Went through the drive through and got the chicken chowder pot pie (take & bake). First, the service was so speedy fast. Second, the instructions are straight forward and easy. Third, the pie looked beautiful, I did the optional egg wash. (Okay, stopping the numbers). My house smelled amazing from baking the pie. The pie was delicious! Easily feeds 6. Flaky yet thick crust. The inside was thick enough to stay together when served and didn't spill all over, but it wasn't so thick that it felt sticky or needed water with every bite. Crust club has perfected the pot pie! Can't wait to go back and try a pasty!"
"We ordered a pecan pie for thanksgiving and the inside was so undercooked that it poured out like a soup. I normally wouldn’t complain, but for $25 this pie should be better than this. We did order a pumpkin and apple pie and they were great, but the pecan pie was almost inedible."
"This 1 star review is not out of haste, this is after giving multiple opportunities, through 2 different seasons of visits. Based on at least 7 occasions. I’ve tried early lunch, afternoon and dinner time. Assuming that the baking schedules may produce better, fresher product. These hand pies have never been satisfactory. They are always incredibly dry. Possibly the driest pie in production of the valley. Maybe they are amazing in the first bake but when reheated and served to go, they are absolutely terrible. I purchased 12 hand pies this evening and the family refused to finish the last of what remains. $20 completely wasted. I think it’s fair say that my dog was not even interested in these remaining pies. He had zero interest in them lol. Try to figure out this issue, I would love to continue supporting your business, without wasting/donating my money. The breakfast hand pies are delicious."
