Einstein Bros. Bagels

"We were having our Christmas on the 27th. We ordered 1 &1/2 boxes. In the half box we only got 3 Bagels. We didn't know until we got home. Called to let them know. Jo said we could come get our 3 Bagels and she'd throw in a cream cheese for the inconvenience. When we got there, the manager wouldn't give us the Bagels we paid for (said, we were only short 1 bagel) and gave us 1 cream cheese. It's a bagel shop, we paid $40 and didn't get what we ordered. CLling corporate."

"Nice, hip place. Service was at a good speed given the number of people were there. The meat on sandwich is like sliced deli food like Hillshire Farm style you can buy at the supermarket. Would have preferred the meat have a better quality for the price. But the bagels were soft and fresh. Will return again if in a pinch for a sandwich. The breakfast bagel options looked delicious. Will try those next time."

"Called this morning to place an order. A lady answered. I could tell from the second she took my order she did not want to be there. I was placing an order for two dozen bagels to take to a meeting that I have this morning. She was like you need to make this order online. I asked if she could cut them in half twice which I have had them do for years and she said we don’t do that. I went to a different location and had a great experience and I’ll be leaving a positive review for that store. Plus I left a $20 tip that she could have received."

"Great bagels and shmears! But it doesn't seem to matter what time I come in, they are out of a few of my top choices. Today the manager was nice enough to make me a couple! But it gets frustrating!"

"First off the staff was friendly and accompany this review has nothing to do with them as I paid and tipped them out. It has to do with the small bagel size and lack of cream cheese. It was super small portioned and over priced for the final product. Coming from NYC where you can get a large bagel and over whelming amount of cream cheese filling for $2.50 flat, at $4.30 this was not worth the stop by any means. 2 stars for the service only."
