Five Guys

"I came into this store today and I walked up to the pick up counter and stand there innocently and a very young boy with a poor cut mullet says me dead into the eyes for about 3 seconds and then turns around and and ignores me and then I over hear the manager on duty say “ has counter been helped?” And the same young boy says “ yes” even tho I had not so I then go to the register to say hey “I’ve been Ignored can you help me?” and then that’s when I got the help I needed the worst part is that the same boy who didn’t acknowledge me has done this to me multiple times this is just the most recent so I’m disappointed… this is childish behavior for sure!"

"The burgers are awesome. Best fast food place to get burgers. Service leaves something to be desired but people need to realize it's a fast food joint with kids working there. Not sure what you expect."

"They barely filled the cup with a large fries, and none in the bottom of the bag. I wanted to order ANOTHER large fries just so I could get a decent amount of food, but then I realized I’d be spending another $9 for some high schoolers to rip me off again. I avoid this place at all costs, but sometimes I cave for the convenience and it’s worse every time. The only thing I’m happy with my decision not to tip."

"Few young boys running the store - terrible customer service. Why Five Guys always disappoints? I won’t say overpriced if you’re thinking something over priced you have a free will to make your decision. Nothing special with hot dog, you can get the same one from Costco trust me. Burgers were over cooked, look at the bacon in the video almost burned. They have all the answers why this brand loses their target audience. Fries were fine but drinks and sauces worst than any low budget burger place. And dirty environment, no one shows any effort to clean the restaurant so no more Five Guys."

"I hate to give any Five Guys less than five stars, but this one just wasn’t on their A game the day we ate there. The service was friendly, they got our order correct and our burgers tasted good. Both bathrooms were out of order (no way to wash hands before eating- I hope there was an alternate sink somewhere for employees to wash hands…), a lot of the tables were available but not clean, condiments (ketchup) were empty and needed replacing or refilling, and we watched as another customer brought her “unused” napkins back up and replaced them in the stack of new napkins! Instead of standing behind the counter socializing, the employees need to be keeping up on the cleanliness of the dining area."
