"Not a bad Wendy’s location. They always have gotten my order right and are quick through the drive thru."

"Pulling through the drive through the girl was rude and didnt ask the questions needed to get the correct order. I pull up to the window and they dont even know what order i am so i say and they read it back to me wrong i correct it and they go back to fix and then hand me the bag with a smile 10 seconds later. Me thinking they did get it right i pull away only to find they got the whole order wrong and just didnt care. Bacon was as hard as a rock. Need adjust pay scale based on performance bet they suddenly do better."

"There’s a girl working the drive through that I’m fairly certain is adding tips. When I go to order online, it’s one price. Anyone else working the window, it’s that price. When it’s her… 15% or 20% more. You order. She doesn’t tell you the price. You go to the window and she tells you the price and doesn’t give you a receipt. I’ve had it happen twice on the exact same order, both times with her. It’s Wendy’s. It’s a drive through. If you want tips, develop a system that allows people to tip."

"I come here very often, I prefer it rather than the one near my house. But lately I can't help but notice the attitude of the girl running the drive thru window. Speaking in a monotone voice over the speaker, a general uncaring for her job that she clearly doesn't want to be at. She wears long nails and a couple of my visits had her drinking from a soda cup right at the window with no lid or straw. I have worked food service for years and that is a plain health violation. I may have to stop coming it upsets me. Always love when the food is fresh, but tonight it was a completely different burger than what I always order. I hope they can help improve the customer service."

"There’s not many food places I’ll go and write a bad review for but this place definitely deserves it. Half of the workers aren’t working, the order took forever, and by the time I got it the food wasn’t even warm anymore. If I were manager I’d fire every last worker working tonight, and start fresh because I know I will not be stopping by here again."
