"First I love Betos great food! I was glad they opened a location near me. However, the ok customer service just went downhill and became unacceptable. If they continue this sub-par service they will likely be out of business at this location soon. I ordered food in the drive through. When I got home I learned they shorted me a burrito for my family. I called to inquire. She said she only put 1 of the 2 burritos on the order. Her tone of voice was clear that she didn't care. I told her I may just go to another restaurant and frustrated I have to go out again. Then......... She hung up. No interest in the customer. Too bad their horrible customer service overrides their awesome food."
