"Ordered an Italian night sub with onions and peppers. get home to find out it is slathered in mayonnaise! Who puts mayonnaise on an Italian sub??? I have never heard of this, and for it to happen in a popular and well-known sub shop is just beyond me. really disappointed me as I had to scrape it all off so all I got was bread and meat no lettuce, tomato onion, or peppers because they’re covered in mayonnaise! I changed this review to one star after eating the sandwich. The bread is terrible. It’s like wonder bread with a hard crust. By the time you get three bites in the whole thing has been squashed down and there’s no bread just a flat piece of crust. I also could not taste any vinegar and oil, so I’m not sure it even got put on there. And they have these little, 50 Cent piece, size tomatoes. You get three on a 6 inch sandwich… I don’t think I’m gonna go back to this place. These guys gotta be able to do a lot better to be a real sandwich shop."

"I ordered a unwhich from this location and they made it smaller and didn't even correctly wrap the lettuce there's no lettuce on top of the unwhich. when i talked to them about it they told me they don't get to pick the size of the unwhich. Even though they made it and wrapped it. If you're trying to get an unwhich order from the 300 west one they're consistent with their portions rather than the mess they made on 21st South. Poor customer service."

"I come here once a week on the weekends. They are always polite to me when I get my sandwich and give fast service. If there's ever a sudden surge of people coming in that slows the service slightly, they're really nice and explain what's going on and still get my food to me in good time. Their food always just tastes like a regular sub, which is exactly what I want. Their produce is pretty good. I wish they were open on Sundays, but it's not the end of the world that they aren't."

"Third time ordering online for pick up. Wont do it again. First two times I was never updated that the order was ready to pick up. I just went an hour after the order was received assuming by then surely it was done. Both times the order was sitting waiting for who knows how long and both times I received my "update" after leaving. The second order was pretty wrong. The third time I gave it a shot I ordered a sub with EXTRA tuna but rather got a sub with very little tuna. And I mean like not even the amount a normal order would receive. I'm not going to walk in and take my sandwich apart before leaving to check its all correct or more than just bread. I like to trust the employees and not give them hard times. I order because I work near by and don't have a lot of time to be running around for lunch so I cant just drive back to complain, nor do I want to. So I wont be back. TL;DR: call every 10 minutes to see if your order is ready or you wont get it and do not alter your sub or pay for extra because you wont get it either. Seriously, like a spoonful of tuna on a full sub pad to have EXTRA tuna, come on."

"I love this place! They live up to their slogan of freaky fast. And ordering using their app makes it even faster! I love their sense of humor displayed everywhere. This location in particular has a nice greenhouse-type dining area inside, and shaded patio area outside. And their sandwiches are amazing."
