"Pro tip save 10% on online orders. Come and order in person you pay a 10-15% markup from the online ordering from their website and fun fact Grubhub has less fees extra than their take out service. Very open dining space plenty of parking though it’s kind of annoying one way in and out. They cook the food and the service is pleasant and quick. The dishes are very good the chicken is marinated perfectly and the taziki sauce is on point. Can’t go wrong. Lgbtq flags out front as well."
"Had the Shakshuka and Zaatar Roasted Veggie. Both of these had a great flavor profiles. Shakshuka is tomato based and has a hint of spiciness. The eggs I got was a bit over cooked…menu stated poached. Overall a good lunch spot."
"It was my first time at Laziz in Midvale and it was PHENOMENAL! The service was awesome, the recommendations and friendliness was top notch. We got the hummus with Pita and Veggies which they offered more of each for the rest of the hummus for free SO NICE! Also got the salmon tacos, and chicken wrap so juicy and flavorful and fresh 10/10 dining."
"It was last Thursday night that we came to the Laziz Kitchen. Lovely atmosphere, great service, and I left feeling pleasantly full and healthy. The menu is full of gluten free options; great for my gluten intolerance. My husband and I began with the sampler dip plate. We chose the baba ghannouj, the muhammara and the beet dip. It came with pita bread and veggies. The dips were all flavorful and we cleaned the bowls, it was that good! I ordered the Lebanese bowl with kafta. I enjoyed the variety of flavors and textures on the plate. For me, the caramelized onions would have been better warm. My husband ordered the shakshuka, a tomato based dish with poached eggs and lamb meatballs. Full of flavor, the eggs were unfortunately very overdone, so what was a good dish could have been better. Overall, my experience at Laziz Kitchen was great. I will be back to try more of the offerings on the menu!"
"Looking for a Mediterranean dining treat? Laziz Kitchen in Midvale has changed things up for the better. It wasn’t busy and the staff were so attentive and accommodating. The dining room was appealing. Check out our pics. Let’s talk about the food. We started with dip sampler. The presentation is colorful as the dips are tasty. We are curious how much of one dip you would get for $11. For &14, we got our choices for a trio of very tasty and flavorful dips. It would have been nice to have a little bit more of each, yet perhaps a sampler should leave you wanting more of something. For dinner, we chose the Shakshuka and Kafka in the Lebanese Bowl. It was promising. Yet the Shakshuka description talked about a feta cheese garnish and drizzled honey. I didn’t see or taste any feta cheese or honey drizzle. The eggs seemed over cooked and dry for being poached. Overall it was served hot and was okay. The Kafta was flavorful elongated meatballs. There were 5 of them in the lentil and rice pilaf. The salad seemed ordinary and basic. The caramelized onions were cold and we are left curious if that is the way they were supposed to be. At the end of the meal, we questioned the value of the meals for $18 each. They certainly have some other good choices on their manageable menu. We might want to give them another try, yet for the $62 experience, we might want to try something else. The choices are tempting. The attentive service makes a big difference and we left satisfied."
