"The borrego barbacoa and consome( lamb barbacue and soup) on weekends is really good. Service is fast and friendly."
"A pretty good not bad place. I cannot deny I've had better and know of better places. The food was tasty for sure but not anything that special. Careful of the shrimp in particular as most of the tail shell is still in tact and it's a small bit out of the way to try to get the rest of the shrimp out. Not spicy at all, their sauces have some good kick but not much flavor to them. They were very sweet and kind and super understanding! I would also recommend to have something to do while you wait, it does take a good little while for the food to get to you!"
"Visit again and this place never disappoints. Amazing little gem in Midvale with Authentic Mexican cuisine. Second time visting and love the food and the people here. One of the best Chilaquiles I had with bomb salsa and perfect easy over eggs. ❤️ Also had tortas and gordita in the past, also amazing! Will be coming back for more. They also do traditional dishes like Pozole on the weekend."
"My Husband and I came on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00. We waited 15 minutes to even be greeted. There was 1 clean table available where we sat ourselves. We waited another 15 minutes to even be given a menu. While 3 other tables waited with no chips, salsa, water or a menu. An elder couple feel asleep waiting. Once we ordered, I requested chips and salsa but was informed they don't offer chips and salsa. What Mexican Restaurant does not offer chips and salsa or any other appetizer?? Waited over an hour after arriving for our food. It appears they need more help and maybe the owner could actually invest in replacing the burnt out lights in his dining area...oh and some chips and salsa. Those are a staple in my home. Just like bread and butter."
