"My overall rating is how I feel about Arby's, but the other ratings are a comparison to other locations. My food is made exactly as I order it, and almost always tastes great. I'm a huge fan of the French dip sandwich. I also don't believe anyone can compete with Arby's mozzarella sticks, but I'm open to being proved wrong. If you can get an apple turnover when it's warm, it's well worth the calories. I've received pretty standard service during my visits. Every once in a while there will be something missing in my drive thru order, but the employees are always great to help me out when I bring it to their attention. Overall, I'm happy with this location and will continue to be a frequent customer."
"I present to you; 3 “premium” chicken tenders for $6. Yes, that’s $2 per thin tender that is mostly breading, gristle, and overcooked. Mmmmmmmmm"
"I ordered one of the Smokehouse Brisket sandwiches last night through the drive through. Arby’s…We Have the Meats, right? There was almost no meat on my sandwich. Almost no curly fries. This thing looked like a bad joke. Pictures attached so you can judge for yourself. When I drove back to the restaurant and returned the sandwich, the manager lady was called to the front and informed me that she could make me a new one, but it “won’t look like the one on the sign or the front of the restaurant because they are only allowed to put 3oz of meat on it.” I was then told, “It will look the same, because I saw that the meat for your sandwich weighed to 3 oz before it went in the microwave!” I’ll stick to just the deceitful advertising vs actual product. This wasn’t the first time I’ve ordered from this location and received several times more bun than meat on a sandwich there. Trying to lower food cost by cheating the customers is a form of theft, and this needs to stop! Would you pay $8 after tax for this?"
"Bruh, just don't waste your money here, unless you want old, bland, shriveled up chicken sliders that are covered in a bunch of jalapenos that you didn't ask for. Aren't buffalo chicken sliders suppose to have... you know... buffalo sauce? We spent $20 to get a basically inedible meal. I know the fast food business is rough y'all but the incompetence here in maintaining basic food industry standards is shocking. Arby's is gross anyway. Go somewhere better for the price. Look at this picture, and tell me that looks good."
"Arby’s is fine. I do like their “market fresh” sandwiches but their more typical menu items are meh. I’ve recently tried their “prime rib cheesesteak” meal and it was okay. It wasn’t bad but it kind of tasted like a microwaved sandwich. I do like their little buffalo sliders. And like previously mentioned, their market fresh turkey sandwiches are good too. Overall, it’s just typical fast food."
