"Best damn tacos I've had in a long time! They make it like I do at home"

"I ordered a kids meal for my daughter 20 minutes in advance so that when I got there everything would be ready. I still had to wait another 10 minutes for my food because they put my order on the backburner. Orders at this location need to completed on a first come first serve basis otherwise there is no point in getting fast food."

"Every restaurant will always differ from one location to the next but was extremely disappointed when i visited this Sandy Del Taco. I clearly ordered 4 chicken soft tacos with extra cheese, even paid the extra .50 per taco/$2 total for 4 tacos yet got exactly the OPPOSITE OF WHAT I PAID FOR? Literally less than 10 individual pieces of cheese on each taco as shown when requested and paid for extra. Help me understand how this makes any logical sense after asking an paying. Almost as if it was done intentionally. Thank goodness I immediately noticed and returned to show the manager on duty. She did apologize and comply, making all new tacos as they were initially requested. Thanks to her for correcting the issue but unfortunate that I had to return and go in to correct such unavoidable error. Sad reality when inflation rises and we all had to pay more on everything but then continuously get CHEATED after paying an additional increase."

"Good food always hot and fresh. They forgot my quesadilla on 11/29, and they have previously forgotten one of my burritos. If they'd remember my food, 5 stars. The drive thru is fast even in the middle of the night."

"Food was good. But found out I was being charged triple the menu price since it wouldn't ring up the way they wanted they charged me individually instead of as a combo. The combo was 3.89 individually it was just under 9. I feel cheated and don't plan to return to this location. When I addressed it at the time of check out the woman was very rude and would not answer questions or work with me. I've been ordering this for years. How long has this been happening? I should check my receipts closer. It just so happens that this time I was ordering just my food instead of my whole family, which is what caught the mistake. I will check closer moving forward. Here and other places too! As for Del Taco. Maybe another location will do better."
