"Ordered online in advance for pickup. 5 minutes waiting in the drive through and then 20 in the park-and-wait area. Got home and realized part of my order was missing. Good old customer service gave me a credit though... but the credit doesn't even cover the cost of the missing item. Never again."

"Just went thru the drive thru,ordered two taco salads and a spicy chicken. The sandwich was disgusting. It was slathered in mayo. High prices and no quality As usual when I got home realized they left out the chips, chili and salsa. Expensive lettuce Poor food, people that work there could care less and are constantly rude. Last time I waste my time and money. Won't go there again."

"I purchased a Cobb salad on Sunday 1/21 at around 7:30 pm, in the drive thru. I am appalled by the chicken that was served to me! It was so old! Dried out, hard, discolored, and looked like crouton. I accidentally ate it and about puked when I realized it was chicken!! Who ever served that should be ashamed of themselves, that chicken was left out for what looks like days and is not edible or safe to eat! Disgusting! I want my money back!"

"Went through the drive through , 1230/23 @ 2:15 pm was told rudely to hold on by the employee and left parked for 5 plus minutes with no response , this place is a joke , had multiple bad experiences but this is the one that gets a review , McDonald's across the street was happy to take the order. Rude drive through. Find another location"

"I’m only rating this five stars so that way my review doesn’t get lost But this is the worst Wendy’s!! The order taker struggled to hear the correct order. We had so much missing food realistically it was like they stole $20 from me when I tried to call the store to see what they could do to replace the missing food I get zero answer no matter the time and it’s been like that for days. Big ol L from me dude!"
