"Came in today, and food was disappointing I visit the one in west valley a lot and food was great there at that location, came into this location and the food was not so good I got a combo bop and ordered the Korean BBQ beef and the BBQ chicken, I got three little pieces of chicken smaller than than an average chicken nugget and a decent Amount of beef if you will call it that , the chicken was rock hard and dried out. I noticed the potstickers they had were all burnt on sides from being held in the holding pan to long. hopefully you will have a better experience as of this visit I will just stick to the west valley location."

"Was really disappointed in the quality of the food given the price. The Korean fried chicken was almost all breading as you can see from my pictures. Really unexpected and unacceptable given the $10+ price tag. In terms of aesthetics, I wish the sauce had been drizzled on the bowl better, like it was on the corn dog. Having it just glooped on top made the food look very unappealing. It also seemed overly-sauced. I also didn't expect everything to be as sweet as it was. The sauce on the bowl was sweet and the corn dog batter was like funnel cake. The beef was the best of the meat I tried. If you must come to this location. that is the protein I recommend."

"We ordered the combo bop and ugly bop, the combo bop had fried chicken and bbq pork it was so good! The ugly bop was fantastic as well. The service at this location was really quick and on top of it. Made for an excellent takeout dinner!"
