"Guillermo in training afraid to look customer in the eye or greet, walked away from approaching car in drive-thru multiple times. Acted like he didn't want to be there or maybe has some racism. Not hard to be personable. Minimum effort otherwise. Wish I could have left before ordering. Window guy was nice. Sandwich not like the picture. Really pathetic experience. This place used to be great. Feels worse than McDonald's right now."

"I liked this Chick-fil-A. The food is great, the employees are so friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is so clean. The restrooms are among the cleanest that I have seen in a long time. Go see for yourself. It's easy to get to off of State Street across from Costco and the Hospital."

"I came to pick up order and the girl at the store was such unprofessional, I would even say rude. No stars for her. While waiting in a car to pick up my order, I noticed a wonderful young man who was taking out curb-side orders to cars. He ran to each car, then back and forth. From observation I can say he tried so hard to give orders as much fast as he could. He didn’t do my order but how I’m grateful for such an amazing attitude he gave to customers. When I was on a way to pick up, he sad hello with a smile on his face and made me feel welcome. I would definitely made him in charge of this location so he can teach everyone, who takes orders inside, how to make people to be happier to come at this location and feel welcome to come inside the restaurant . Chatting and ignoring customers, like the girl who takes the orders inside did, will not help the business to grow. Five stars for young man! Murray location, breakfast time 01.27.2024"

"I had a wonderful experience here this evening. I went in very close to closing. Janet was at the register and she was just as lovely as if it was the start of the day. She ensured that I received fresh fries with my meal & just made me feel like a truly appreciated customer. Also, Jack was diligently cleaning but accommodated me using the restroom; he was a very polite & friendly young man. Thank you for having great employees!"

"Everyone knows Chick-fil-A is the gold standard. We got the deluxe chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries of course, Mac and cheese, and peach and cookies and cream smoothies. The service is great - I heard “my pleasure” probably 15 times; though they did forget the cherry/whipped cream on the smoothies and accidentally put pickles on the sandwich requested to be “no pickles”. All is well though, as the food was delicious (my favorite is the macaroni and cheese, followed by waffle fries), and they even have wonderful art of old people showing off their food!"
