"I love costa vida, this is the worst one i have ever been to. The drive thru had 3 cars ahead of me, I was in line for 35 minutes!!!! Did they only have one person in the store? No no, there were at least 7 employees working, two customers in line inside. Why did it take so long? The most painful costa experience i’ve ever had."

"We love Costa Vida! Their food is always fresh (lettuce isn't dripping wet like a competitor), their variety of meats are great, and the staff is always pleasant. Love the app for rewards! One thing I can suggest is turn down the air freshener. I can't dine in because it is very overwhelming and you start to taste it."

"Edit from 12/26/23 - no surprise they still can’t get orders right. I ordered guac and chips and an extra ranch and I got queso and no extra ranch. Midvale needs better training or a new manager clearly. How hard is it to get an order right? It’s never right when I come in and it wasn’t even busy."
