"For a location that forgets the food 90% of the time, they sure are rude 100% of the time. There are so many other options for McDonald’s very close to this one that I would definitely go to the one in Cottonwood Heights or the one over by the highway down 7200 south. The other locations aren’t that much further, and they will get your order right and staff are more friendly and treat you much better at the other locations. The women here are very rude, and they’re extremely catty .. And as a customer, I should not know that. Particularly when they get our order wrong so much. You would think that they would focus on customer service first then relax."
"Service was very fast and the food was great. My kids loved the play place which was the main reason we tried out this location. We loved that they had an enclosed mini basketball court with rubber balls - so much fun! Very clean and well-maintained which is highly appreciated!"
"The food was good and prompt, but the service was horrible. If you don't want to use the kiosk to order, you wait at least 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge you. My daughter wanted ketchup and there wasn't any available so she waited 4 minutes at the counter, a person gave her eye contact then turned around. So my son went and waited 3 minutes and had the same thing happen to him. When I finally went up to get some ketchup there were 3 families waiting at the counter to order being ignored as well."
"Great play place v friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Parking lot is a bit of a disaster with people whipping around the corner so be careful"
"This place was great. I’m in a wheelchair right now because I broke my feet, and the lady took her tray and garbage from us, threw it away, came back and then took my extra ketchup packets back to the place. They have great customer service the guy at the register was super friendly and helpful. He repeated my order back and everything was great, this is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to thanks for the great experience and they also have three or four handicaps parking spaces."
