"I'm not one to usually complain. Mistakes happen. Not doing anything TO FIX those mistakes is another story. We ordered a to go order with fried rice, and our order didn't come with the fried rice. When we went to bring our food back so that we could get what we wanted, and instead of fixing it, the employee told us, "You can jump back in line and order it. It's not that expensive." Seriously?? That's not the point! This was YOUR mistake, we shouldn't have to pay for a whole new item because you messed up."

"I ordered my food at 7:40 and pickup time was 7:59 which is completely fine I get there at that time and now I’m waiting another 15-20 minutes for teriyaki chicken. That is absolutely ridiculous you clearly saw my order when it came in and if you weren’t gonna have enough you should started it at that moment it absolutely does not take 40 minutes to cook some chicken. DO BETTER"

"I had never ordered a family meal before! Best way to go! The gal could tell I don't go there much. She was nice, efficient and the food was great! We have a lot of leftovers, and the 5 big containers come home in a box with a handle! It was dinner on a Friday night, they were fast!"

"This location from Panda Express is like going on two to three incredible dates with someone. Everything was perfect, but all the subsequent dates are terrible. You keep going on dates hoping they will have gone back. After a time, you realize you can't give them any more chances, and they are not the person you hoped they would be, and it is time to move on. These are the reasons why. Their orange chicken used to be so good. It was rich in flavor. This location it is bland. One time there, I ate something else to see if I had Covid and lost my taste buds, or was it their food. It was the orange chicken. The test item was full of flavor. Their beijing beef did not fare any better. Their chowmein was the only item that I liked. Yes, I discovered Joshua Wiseman's orange chicken, but it was not that good to make their food seem tasteless in comparison. Their service can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are short and just want you to get the food and leave. They look visibly agitated when you ask for extra soy sauce. Other times they are all smiles. All marketers and business owners will tell you that consistency is best. As you can see from a lot of my reviews, I hate and hardly ever give a bad review. I prefer not to leave one, but this place needs one. I give it two stars remembering at one time it was five stars, but now should only be a one or two stars, but I'll have the memories of much better times."
