"Ever heard of HIPPA? Well Dr. Waterman certainly hasn’t. She FaceTimed her niece from my delivery room while stitching me up without my consent. Yes, she had the nurse hold the phone before I even knew what was happening. While under her care I never felt that she had reviewed my file before my appointments. She never seemed to have any idea who I was or what the next step of my care was. She never reviewed my specialist report which I believe put myself and my daughter at risk. I labored down for 90 minutes at the hospital, waiting for her, ready to push. That shouldn’t be a surprise though, since the wait times for the majority of my appointments were terrible. I missed so much work under the care of this office. I don’t wish my experience on anyone."
