"I was referred by my PCP to see Dr. Parker and he’s been direct and good to me. He does seem pretty rushed but I have come to expect that from healthcare nowadays.. I know providers have their own frustrating productivity constraints. I had to have a procedure and lab testing and I was shocked at the amount of $$$ I still had to pay after insurance reimbursed what they were going to. It was A LOT, so much so that I called the office and asked to speak to billing. I’m generally a healthy person so dealing with big medical bills is not something I have a lot of experience with. I wasn't trying accuse anyone of billing me incorrectly, I simply wanted to understand how it all came to that amount so I know what to financially prepare for the in future should I ever have to have these services again. But the woman I spoke to got defensive pretty quickly and then was quite condescending, saying “that’s just how healthcare works” in a tone that was pretty rude and then started talking about her own current medical bill financial struggles which I didn’t think was appropriate. Then the next time I was in the office for a follow-up I apparently owed another $$$, a balance left over from the initial visit which I truly was feeling skeptical about because I didn’t understand why was I just now learning about this and I had already paid a lot of money for services performed that visit. So I asked what it was for and that time I actually was a little upset and I had to talk to the same woman again and she was just as rude as the first time. I left there so upset. I was later unexpectedly reimbursed by the lab testing company for the full amount I paid them.. I still don’t know how or why that happened but I didn’t care because I was just glad to have that $$$ back right before Christmas. I will continue to see Dr. Parker but will do all I can to not have to speak to billing again."

"I’ve been going here since January 2023 for OBGYN and HRT pellets!! I really love Dr. McIntosh… she’s so personable and gets things done like prescriptions and scheduling! Her office staff is a little lacking in personality but the rest is very astounding that’s why I’m giving her 5 STARS!!!"

"I absolutely love Dr. Macintosh! She never pushed me to do anything I didn't want to, only provided info for me to make a decision. She's always answered my questions (even ones I didn't know I had) and did an amazing job delivering my son! He got stuck but she remained calm and talked me through pushing and getting him out! The only complaint I have is with one of the ultrasound techs, not sure if she was just having a bad day but was very grumpy and rushed through one of our ultrasounds. The rest of the staff have always been amazing though!"

"I got stillbirth last year it was a different doctor and Dr. Parker is the reason why we have smiles on our face. He is very knowledgeable and he lessens my anxiety during my pregnancy. I got csection and I recovered pretty easy than to my last normal delivery.His staff is nice and the nurses are pretty good especially bailey and mindy. The ultrasound tech is very sweet! Never made me feel she is in a hurry when I have a questions or I want to check something! I forgot her name. Overall It’s all worth the drive and worth to wait! because sometimes they get pretty busy."
