"I like Dr. Webster and been going to her for few yrs now. She’s knowledgeable and tries to explain all options available BUT her office is a joke!!! 9/10 times you’ll be directed to VM that apparently no one checks. I called 5 times leaving a VM each time with a number just to get my lab results. I received first call after four wks of lab work by Jessica and she argued with me the entire time (saying she had proof of calls made) instead of listening to what I had to say. My whole point is if a patient is calling and leaving VM with number provided call back on that number ASAP. No one has that kind of time to waste. If this continues I will change my doctor most definitely. I hope Dr. Webster take a notice and fix the attitude and response back time of her office team."

"I loved Dr. Webster, but after my procedure (uterine ablation), I called AND emailed the office to tell them that I was still bleeding & how the procedure hadn't worked & how concerned I was. NOBODY EVER CALLED OR EMAILED ME BACK, showing the blatant lack of patient-care that this office practices. This was almost a year ago & I've left voicemail & emailed AGAIN in September 2020. If you care about your own health at all, go to another facility that actually cares about their patients!!!"

"This office is a joke any time you call you get a different story. I had to go in for follow up labs and called before I went and was told they were there. When I showed up the staff had gone home early. I called again to obtain my records and was told all I needed to do is just come in and request them and they would copy the file for me. I came in on a Friday and was told I needed to fill out a form. I filled out the form on Friday in person. FInally after not hearing anything I called on Tuesday to follow up and was told that they couldn't find my form, but would go ahead and get started on it. I received a call on Wednesday stating my records were ready and that I would owe $6. I was surprised to hear that I was being charged for my own records, especially since this was the first time I requested them. I was told that it was on the form that I signed (there was a portion at the bottom that said for office use only that had a page count but nothing stating that I agreed to fees), but nobody ever called me to discuss any potential fees. When I asked if they would charge my new doctor they told me no, so I am not sure why you would charge your patients and not other doctors. They never get you back into the rooms on time and I always felt rushed when I went."
