"I'm just saying if you ever feel like something is wrong with your pregnancy always trust yourself.. 6 yrs later and I can't have another baby bc I was not taken serious when I told them something was wrong. 3 different times.. preclasia eclamsia and cardiomyopthy is real and is sometimes silent .. speak up... went to the er several times was told they contacted my doctor and she said I was fine to go home went in for one of my last appointments and was told u have preclamsia we need to get u in... emergency c section.. I've been telling them that the 50 lbs of water weight I had on my body wasn't normal so I ended up with cardiomyopthy after having the baby. I knew something wasn't right 2 months before delivering and kept going to the er and to my doctors abd telling them please ... I couldn't breath it was awful. Now with all my problems I can't even have another one."

"I have not had good experiences here. I debated making a review, but with how abysmal laws are for healthcare, I felt I should. I tried the IUD, it got dislodged and they had to remove it. I was not warned of any pain for insertion or removal. I decided on a separate appointment to discuss my options for sterilization. The nurse came to see me and emphasized that I might meet a husband who wants kids, could die on the operating table, and would not answer my questions about sterilization. She then said they could give me birth control, but refused to give it to me that day, and said I had to make another appointment. This entire appointment took 15 minutes. I will not be back, and I suggest finding care somewhere that will respect you as a person and not push personal views on you."

"My 11 year old daughter had an appointment and after waiting over 30 in the lobby I asked the receptionist how much longer she said that the ultrasound tech was finishing up paperwork. Not even 3 minutes later they called my daughter back and told me that she was busy with another patient that had a miscarriage. I told her that another patient isn’t any of my business I just my daughter. We ended up leaving and canceling all future appointments. Don’t go here unless you want your time wasted. Only their time is valuable NOT yours"

"My first visit was to establish care and Dr. Newcomb was fantastic to work with. She’s a great communicator, and was very thorough. It had been awhile for me since seeming an OBGYN, and Dr. Newcomb and the staff got me all up to speed on everything, and we’re all great, from the medical assistant taking vitals, to the nurse, to the ultrasound tech. Highly recommend."

"I scheduled an ultrasound two years ago but had to cancel because my insurance expired by time they could schedule me. I scheduled another appt and there is something wrong with my insurance again so called to cancel. The reception was extremely rude saying “this will be your second time cancelling. Now, we will no longer do your ultrasound here at the office and hung up in my face.” What do you expect me paying an unknown price for an ultrasound. I called back and the receptionist will not answer the phone. Terrible customer service. By the way I scheduled with Dr. Newcomb and got the nurse practitioner without being told someone else would assist in my Pap smear. Which that did not matter but the service is again terrible. Also, it was known I have a mass on my breast. I informed my breast has been tender but the nurse practitioner was condescending about the mass. Asking me what size is it because I don’t feel it. All in all. I will no longer come here. Dr. Newcomb is great but the staff is terrible."
