"as I first time mom, with previous miscarriages, I went into my pregnancy with lots of fears. I am currently 30 weeks and finally just had to courage to switch providers due to the inadequate care that I received by Dr Cheek and her team throughout my entire pregnancy. anytime I would ask any questions I would either be ignored or told to refer to packets she gave me at my very first appointment with her or to look things up myself, whenever a provider should be able to answer those questions themselves. pure laziness and lack of respect. I felt like I was never listened to, and any issues that I had were discredited. her and her team never answered the phone, never responded to to the messages in mychart, and they always would give the run around to avoid actually doing their jobs. the negligence from this provider and her staff is appalling to say the very least. I am grateful I was able to find a nee provider who was willing to accept me this late in my pregnancy so I could finally receive proper care and consideration throughout the rest of this journey. I could NOT imagine letting this provider or anyone else who works along side her delivery my baby. I encourage anyone who looks is considering Dr Cheek or anyone in her office to seek care elsewhere. save yourself the worry and stress and find a provider who genuinely cares and wants to do their job how they should."
