"Every lady that has been to Dr. Patel from our church loves him. He’s a great caring doctor. Thank you for being such a help to so many!"
"Dr. Patel has been doing my annual exams for the past two years and managed my first 10 weeks of pregnancy. He is great at what he does! and is very knowledgeable."
"Absolutely terrible. I scheduled two appointments to get birthcontrol and both times did not get it. My second appointment the doctor AND the ultrasound tech did not show up and I did not get my birthcontrol AGAIN. Took off work and everything just to be told they couldn’t do anything because the doctor wasn’t in. Complete garbage and extremely unprofessional. Do not go here"
"When I went in for my appointment last year, I asked to be tested for STDs. The nurse asked why I wanted to be tested (that shouldn't matter, but I gave a reason anyway), and she was very dismissive of my request. I didn't even know if they actually did any tests- I had to call to make sure it was done a day or so after I left. The doctor was nice, but how the nurse talked to me ruined the appointment and I decided to just go somewhere else for care. Getting my records from them was extremely difficult, I contemplated contacting the department of health and human services and filing a complaint because it seemed like they would not send the records. I live out of state now, and they said they would only fax them to my current doctor, not me, but I feel like I have a right to access my own medical records. After weeks of trying to get my records mailed, emailed, faxed to me, or really any way I'm able to get them, they said they would send me a link to their online portal. They could've saved so much time and so many phone calls if they would have told me about the online portal the first time I asked, but it seems like they just didn't want me to access my records."
"Just moved here from az because my husband got stationed in okc. Came for depo injection. Wait time was extremely long and was the only patient there. They faxed my depo to the wrong cvs and then didn’t even fax it yet when I got to the location. Had to call the office again for them to even fax it. Didn’t schedule me a follow up appointment that I needed after doctor told her to. Then I get a bill of $85 when insurance should have completely covered it. Called my insurance and it’s because the office billed it incorrectly. Insurance agent called them to get info and even she said they were rude to her. Would not recommend. Customer service is terrible."
