"Super disappointing experience today. 3/29/24. It was late around 9pm. The young girl scoffed when we came back to the counter for the kids meals chocolate milks. Like we put her out that she did not give us our stuff we ordered. We also had two kids meals an adult meal and several of there little pint ice creams from the freezer in the lobby. She would only let us have two of the fry sauce and that was hard for us to get from her. She said she would not give us any more without changing us. We ordered 3 meals and they only would let us have two sauces!!"
"We love this place. It has delicious custard, burgers, and fries. The reason I put only three stars is this: they are now going to charge .25 c for some fry sauce. Fry sauce, you know ketchup and mayo? Ya somehow that’s worth .25 c for a small cup. It sounds like a corporate decision, not management so the low rating isn’t for them, but the greedy corporate executives who are squeezing as much money as possible. I’m so tired of inflation being cited for higher prices when I highly doubt they increased the pay for their employees . Higher prices for everything, but we can’t afford to buy it"
"Probably about a year ago I had a burger at Culver's in Orem. It was delicious and juicy. I'm not sure what has happened since, but these were the worst burgers I've ever had. Our food was barely warm when we got it. The burgers are paper thin. There wasn't hardly any meat on them at all. I ordered mine without pickles and there were pickles on it. My granddaughter had the chicken fingers from the kids menu and the batter was actually very spicy and left your mouth tingling. We just won't be going back. I took a picture of my husband's sourdough melt to show the lack of burger on the sandwich."
"Such a nice place to visit. So much good food. I had the fish. It was cooked perfectly. Butter burgers for me next time. Their custard is the best thia side of Wisconsin. A super friendly staff. A very clean facility. A cheerful blue and white interior. I will visit every time I'm in Utah."
"I've eaten here a LOT and I really enjoy it. When they brought me my burger this time, it looked awesome, so I had to share. If you've never had Culver's Custard, you're missing out. Especially since it's half off on Tuesdays and Fridays. Party pack of 4 pints for only $6.50."
