"Why have the option of curbside pick up if they’re not going to bring it to you? I was in pain after my doctors appointment today so I remembered shake shack had curbside pick up so I was like great, easy and quick. I got there 2 minutes before the time of it being ready and then I realized after waiting 15 minutes went by. I went inside and employees were standing around not doing anything. The employee who helped wasn’t nice at all, very cold shoulder. And when I opened my food my fries were cold and the cheese had hardened up. Waist of money."

"Oh Shake Shack.. I have been here many times especially in New York (It tasted the best there) and I have had a good experience every time. But.. The food this time wasn’t amazing. Now full disclosure I came in at 9:45pm and was the last order of the night so I get that maybe they were irritated that someone came in. But the manager was very nice and assured me it would be out soon, and it did come out fairly fast. All that being said above it was my least favorite Shake Shack visit. The food tasted fresh, my buns were a little cold which is always a little off putting but the insides were hot. It all tasted good but to be honest for the price you pay? I think I’m going to Wendy’s or some other fast food. It’s just not worth it to me. Is it good? Yes! But not a fitting price for your average consumer. I will recommend the Smoke Shack though if you go. Those Cherry Peppers are really really good on a burger, so props to them."
