"I'm profoundly disappointed with my first experience using the app for curbside pickup. Despite arriving and checking in on time, I found myself compelled to enter the store because the employees blatantly disregarded the curbside check-ins. This neglect occurred close to closing time, at a moment when the store was far from busy. While it's my responsibility to pay for the food, I expect the staff to fulfill their duty by paying attention to their customers. Not to say I’m incapable of walking into the restaurant. I frequent Café Zupas and find their staff to normally be prompt. First impression with the app was not good. Will try again"

"I love Zupa's in general and this location is extra awesome. The workers are all super cheerful, helpful, and fun. They seem to really enjoy working there and be excited that you came into their location. They gave service with a smile every step of the way, even when I kept realizing I had forgotten something or needed one more thing three different times. They acted truly happy to help me every single time!"

"The food is good. The portion size now is enough for my 2 year old. This is their curry bowl and I paid $2 extra for “extra meat”. I literally got maybe 6 tiny pieces of chicken. The food was great, the portion size is for a mouse. Great place to come if you like spending a lot and still be hungry."

"I go to school across the street and love to come after class, and every time I come it is an amazing experience! The food is delicious, and the service is amazing! Especially Kevin, he is always so kind and helpful and makes the process smooth! Highly recommend this location!"

"I ordered the try 2 combo with a soup and a sandwich. The service and the food was awful!!! I got the potato soup and i didn't get any toppings that go with the soup. It was so bland and I found 2 potatoes in the soup. Then the sandwich I got was just awful. It was beyond smashed, tasted old and hard. missing half the bread and the tomatoes were old. I did a pick up order and I intended to tip cash to whoever helped me with the order. I go up to the front and a shorter brunette haired lady was standing there so i asked if my order was ready. She very rudely turns to me and was like did you check the take out area??? Then walked away. I was like okay never mind on your tip I'll take my food and go. Get the food and it was beyond disappointing. Customer service here was bad and I was just shoved out the door. Not a hello or a thank you. Wasn't impressed to say the least."
