Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"We had 3 adults and 2 kids. One of those kids, a granddaughter to me, was having a rough day. She was teary eyed and upset about something. We were amazed when a waitress names Kiley, who was not even our waitress, stopped and talked to our granddaughter. Kiley asked her about her day. Talked to her about how we all have rough days. Then she gave my granddaughter a bright pink pen to color with. She said that it was a magic pen that would help make her day better. It was such a small thing, but made such a big difference. My granddaughter used that pen for the rest of the visit to draw. It really did help. Appreciative of the extra effort and time that Kiley took to make a difference in a little girl's day. Thanks! Great service and great food also."

"Was told a 20 minute wait to sit a party of ten at 4:35pm on a Saturday evening. Waited 55 minutes while the whole lobby was filled and then emptied around us twice. Hostesses told us multiple times that the table were being cleared. That menus were being placed on the table several times. See attached photo and you'll see about 7+ empty tables..."

"Gloria was our server tonight and she was absolutely amazing! Very quick and polite and noticed low drinks before we did. She was seriously one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. The food was lovely and the restaurant was clean."

"I just had lunch at this locations (as I do about twice a month). I just love my experience there! It is a place well taken care of, really clean, and the service is SUPERB! We had Autumn as our server and she was FANTASTIC. Her smile and demeanor, alone, are enough to keep us coming. She was super kind and really attentive to our needs and questions. Just WONDERFUL! "Olive Garden in the parking lot of Fashion Place Mall is and has been for 25+ years a great place to get some decent Italian food for the price point and what you get. In my opinion, their Alfredo sauce is the best anywhere. I know that’s always up for debate! But I like the tang and garlicy creaminess of it. Place is always clean and usually great service, although I found it sorely lacking lately. Help is hard to find, I get it, but the service isn’t what it used to be. Place is almost always packed as well, so there’s that. Plan on a wait!"
