"This is the third spicy Crispy chicken deluxe purchased from this location that was like eating rubber. The chicken was extremely small, my wife was going to throw it away, but I felt this time I should bring it to the restaurant's attention. The person that answered the phone said they have been having issues with the chicken and to come back and they would exchange for another sandwich. When I arrived they made me wait, and the "manager" came to the window and was extremely rude to the point of telling me I ate half the sandwich (the chicken patty is small) and was telling me it was not their issue and the meat was perfectly fine. The manager and the crew were all pointing and laughing and making comments in Spanish so I just left. I didn't need a replacement, they do need to know their product is not satisfactory. Do not eat at this location! I wouldn't doubt they spit in your food. They do not like anyone that is not Hispanic!"
"This McDonald's is by far the worst location I have been to. They ALWAYS have you pull forward. Last time they had 8 cars pulled forward waiting for food. My small fry wasn't even half way full. There was literally like 10 fries total. The spicy was soft, like it hadn't been cooked long enough. These kids working need some adults to help out and make sure food is coming out good. Don't waste your money at this McDonald's. You'll be pissed just like me."
"Seriously the best McDonald's I've been to in years. I drive all the way from Layton to come to THIS McDonald's. Staff is friendly and the burgers and fries are just so juicy and good. I wish the McDonald's around my house would send people down here to train. The manager Loretta was so super sweet and you can tell they are killing it at this location."
