"Food was good as always...however I was flat out lied to by the order taker... I saw that a double cheeseburger was on the buy one get one for $1 menu. When I ordered 2 doubles, I was informed it was the McDouble that was buy one get one for $1. So I went ahead and changed my order. Since I had to get back to work, I just now looked at my receipt. I was charged full price for both. Despite the good food, having a bad experience in trying to get your food is an automatic 1 star and a scathing review."
"Showed up 25 minutes before closing time and no one would take orders through the drive through. If you’re gonna be closed before closing then change your hours or put out a sign or something. Update to this wonderful post. So now “we cannot give you a large drink without making the whole meal large. Been instructed by my general manager……” I don’t want a large fry, I don’t even finish a medium fry so I don’t need to waste more money and more food. I cannot tell you how many hundreds of times I’ve done this and never ever been told that. This is right after they told me they didn’t have any cheese and if that would be ok for my cheeseburger… Just don’t go to this McDonald’s. Seems like every single time I’ve gone here there’s been some kind of different ordeal. I won’t come back for sure. What a nightmare of an experience. This is probably a franchise and some idiot just trying to make their own rules to line their pockets a bit more."
