"I don’t come here too often but I do really enjoy the food. I’m not really one to complain as I understand how the food industry is. The workers were friendly and efficient but upon eating my food I found a thick black hair in my bowl. It wasn’t found until I was about halfway finished so it’s not like it was from me or just coincidentally fell in. I think it’s really important that the correct food safety precautions are followed because this is just gross."

"Food was excellent! I eat at another location at least once or twice a week. The employees at that location are awesome. The food was great at this location. But The service was I was used to at Zao. A smile goes a long way."

"I’ve had this location catered at my old job and gotten it on my own. It’s always delicious and the workers are really nice. But today, I had a hair in my food. I didn’t notice it until it was in my mouth sadly. It was a very different texture and different color to my own hair(my default when I find hair in my food is to assume it’s mine). Maybe would be good to make sure the workers are a little more careful so this doesn’t happen again ¨̮"

"Amazing vegetarian options, I got a bowl with yakisoba noodles, and a mix of their veggies and tofu, with cilantro and teriyaki sauce, along with a can of Thai tea. Their veggies are full of flavor, and make an amazing pair to their yakisoba noodles. Can definitely recommend to any other vegetarians out there. Their music is also pretty nice and sets the mood well."
