"Went here prior to a concert and I don't normally post reviews but when I do it was either absolutely amazing or very terrible. This one definitely didn't hit the amazing mark. The bathrooms smelled really gross, the tables with super dirty. My friend and I ordered the raspberry lemonade and after taking one sip of it, it tasted like something went bad in the drink (maybe the syrup) but overall it definitely didn't taste right so we then then asked for water instead and the cups were super dirty. Also later on realized there was a dead bug on the inside of the glass. When telling the waitress that there was a bug in the water the waitress replied with "I'm so sorry, would you like a new one" we responded that we wanted to leave. The burgers were okay but wasn't anything special. Got the check and definitely felt that it was overpriced for what we got. Definitely was sad that this wasn't as good as we had hoped for."

"Swiss Mushroom Burger was "okay". Garlic fries were very good. I was excited to see Golden Spike on tap, but it was horrible... close to Flat. We ordered at 11:50, our burgers came out at 12:33. Odd since there was one other table with people until just prior to our food coming out. The wood table needs to be sanitized and covered with epoxy - I could actually smell all the crumbs, spilled drinks, and the filth that accumulated over time (see photo). We visited because Fat Jack's was featured in "Only in Utah". We will not return."

"Stopped in for dinner and absolutely loved the garlic fries!!!! I couldn’t had more and eaten them alllll day. Burgers were pleasantly good and good variety to choose from. Definitely will stop in again. Server was awesome too."

"This place has really good hamburgers! I have tried mostly all of them, and they are so delicious. I like how the charcoal taste is on the patty; I love it. Definitely one of the best burgers here in downtown. It’s always good to have variety to pick from, and the place is good to come to with family or friends."

"I'm on the fence with this place. The burger i ordered was really good but I'm not sure it was $17 good. FYI, it is a stand-alone burger. No side included. I ordered the poutine fries for a appetizer, I wouldn't recommend. The gravy was lacking in quantity and quality. The fixings are from their burgers and the cheese curds are from thier appetizer. The "my Mexico" burger was very tasty, huge, a little zesty and messy. I would recommend ordering it. The price tag make it a bit hard to come back. Maybe once a year. I was going to give the service 2 stars due to waiting for 15 minutes just for an employee to acknowledge my existence. But my server was notably good once I got a table."
