"Dine in experience at McDonalds is not acceptable. Between the kiosk, mobile, and delivery services the standard customer walk in experience has been squeezed out. 5 min to be greeted, then an additional 25 min to receive my food.. These poor workers, this is a complete failure of leadership and all levels within McDonalds organization. You’ve managed to make it so convenient that it’s torture. Understaffed, kiosk errors, drive thru holds, broken coffee machines, constant alarms in the assembly area, and multiple refunds were all witnessed during this one visit. The whole vibe at McDonalds suffers."
"Placed a drive-thru order that took 1/2 hour to receive. When I went in to inquire about the delay, I was told they can only make so many sandwiches at a time. I had ordered six. However, they fill 19 other drive-thru orders during that same time. I guess they don't want too many orders for sandwiches."
"I’ve tried so many times to come in at 10:30-11 PM dine-in but the doors are always locked. Even though the door says dine in closes at 12AM; it apparently closes A LOT earlier. Kinda Lame. Good food tho"
"Every time I order a sweet tea I ask for light ice. I might as well save my breath. It always is a full cup of ice then tea. When you hand it back to them they sat like they are put out. If they would read the whole receipt they would have noticed. Then the cheese burger I ordered had the ketchup on one side. I didn’t notice any onions. They need to work on the staff there."
