Handle Bar

"I’ve driven past this bar for a while and never thought to stop in. Yesterday I had my chance and was impressed. They have a fenced/shaded dog friendly patio which is super cool and excites me to come back with mine. The staff is on top of it and super friendly. We had multiple staff make sure we were taken care of the entire time. Drinks were great. Food came out very fast and was quite good. It’s bar food so I’m not going to bash too much. The Cuban was good, not too dry, well seasoned but not authentic. The buffalo chicken salad was also great with bleu cheese. The serving of chicken was very healthy considering the cost. Fries were on point and served with fry sauce. They do specifically have a vegan menu that they get a lot praise for, I’ll have to add to my review on my next visit. I’d absolutely come back here. Super friendly place."

"Stopped here after we drove in from out of state and were thrilled at how dog friendly they were. Our server and the guy that checked us in were very personable and genuinely nice. Seems like a really great place with good vibes. The food was really good. My partners food was about 10 minutes behind mine so I was almost done eating by the time he got his, but we understood that there was a small issue in the kitchen and our server apologized for it. Not a huge deal. Overall we were really impressed with this place! Would recommend."

"Hubby and I came here on a whim while we were downtown running some errands on VDAY. The food photos on Google maps literally drew us in, and we were not disappointed. This bar is CLEAN, food is fresh! Portion sizes were on point and prices were reasonable especially for the clean presentation. You can tell their fryer oil is fresh, our fries were divine, crispy and seasoned perfectly. Waiter was friendly, food came out quick. And overall, this is a place we will go out of our way for next time."

"Had a great experience at Handle Bar. Service was okay. Food was delivered quickly, but we didn't see the server often, and ran out of drinks on more than once. It was not entirely the server's fault, as she seemed to have to take care of the entire dining area, and it was busy. The Cuban sandwich was enjoyable. Loved the french fries. Worth a return visit."

"We strolled in rather late looking for a place with decent food near our Air Bnb, the atmosphere was really nice with friendly staff, and an interesting selection of different individuals attending the bar. The bar tender advised us they had no servers and that we would had to go up to the bar to order. We ordered asada frys/ nachos/wings/Mac’N’Cheese/ pulled pork and cauliflower wings and 4 mixed drinks, the food was absolutely delicious, little pricey for portion size but very tasty, well mixed drinks and the food and drinks were served within 8 minutes of me placing the order at the bar. The bartender would come over every now and check on us and refill our drinks as needed and was super helpful, they made a mistake and gave us someone else’s cauliflower wings and didn’t charge us, and also brought us the ones we did order. It’s worth stopping by and checking out!"
