Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I recently ordered through the mobile app and had an incredibly frustrating experience during pickup that compelled me to share my dissatisfaction. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of the promised time and checked in at the pickup desk. However, I was met with unnecessary rudeness when the staff member responded, "You're early, so it's not ready yet." I was merely trying to inform them of my presence, not rush the process. Despite patiently waiting, no one bothered to inform me when my order was ready. I had to check in multiple times, and even when the order was completed, I wasn't notified. Instead, I was chastised by another employee for not picking up my order, despite having checked in multiple times before. The pickup area was cramped and uncomfortable, making the experience even more unpleasant. I find it baffling that, despite my efforts to communicate politely, the staff was consistently rude and inattentive. I expected a basic level of customer service and courtesy, especially when I live so close to this location. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no choice but to share my disappointment with my neighbors and discourage them from dining at this establishment."

"The quality and quantity depends on when you go. The burritos I get in the afternoon are considerably smaller than the ones I get in the evening, it's always disappointing. Wish they made consistently large burritos but it's honestly a gamble I'm not always willing to take. Tastes great though."

"Horrible customer service, the lunch rush has been over for 2 hours and they are out of carne asada and steak, makes no sense how a business can be ran by teenagers that have no guidance, the lady working kept treating me as if i am a child without enough money telling me that the things i got costed extra as if i haven’t been before. Management needs to have a better understanding of what’s going on."

"Came in tonight for a family dinner and had a great experience. Our wait was very short, the employees on the line very friendly and fulfilled our order. The cashier was also friendly and helpful. All our food was well made and extremely tasty. Everything was correct. The chips and guacamole were perfect!!! Also we noticed the to go orders were ready for everyone who was coming inside. Well done!!!!"

"I love when teenagers work hard for their money by getting a high school job at places like Chipotle! It teaches them how to clean and work hard! This place is obviously flooded with teenagers, only problem is I think it’s actually ran by them lol. They all seemed new too. The place was super dirty and out of everything. In the bathroom there’s some pipe on the floor under the sink, no toilet paper and paper towels on the floor. Obviously hadn’t been attended to for a while. We had to sit outside because every seat was disgustingly dirty. Top it all off, there was no trash can outside! I think they just need a leader to help guide them and teach them how to work. Right now they just seem to run free!"
