"Rude service (from manager), messed up my order, and didn’t give very much. This was the “bigger” plate. Doesn’t seem like other panda express locations"
"My husband and I come here a lot and normally really enjoy the food and service! But we came today, 12/7/23 and we ordered through the drive through. And the girl who took our order was very rude and off putting. We got our food very quickly, and I asked for the employee's name who took our order, because the girl at the window had no name on her name tag. Her name was Kaylee. The beef and broccoli, and orange chicken were great! But the chow mein and fried rice almost tasted like mold! The experience overall was definitely different than normal, and off putting."
"Firstly in the drive through they were out of two entrees. Secondly, the picture below of the broccoli beef is self explanatory. To coin an old Wendy's advertisement, "Where's the beef?" DO NOT go through the drive through as you cannot monitor your entrees service."
"What to order: orange chicken, broccoli beef (when it's fresh), honey sesame chicken, and the sweetfire chicken are all well worth your time. This is a super clean location, and I've never had an issue with the service."
