"Prices were great but employees seem lethargic, almost bothered that you ask them to find a shoe in your size. Two registers were open but the employee on one had to have the other override something on every transaction to be able to use his which defeated the purpose of having two open."

"The sales associates are always very helpful and friendly. I wish corporate would send them a greater inventory of everything, especially sports clothes and equipment prior to each season. Everting always seems to be sold out and the workers say they don't get much inventory. Hibbett is losing money and customers support from Cedar who don't even try anymore, and just go to St George instead."

"I had such an amazing experience at Hibbett. Noah greeted me at the door and was so helpful in first recommending the right shoes for my needs and then bringing out all different styles and sizes for me to try. They didn't end up having the shoe I wanted in my size but I will go back just because of the costumer service. They carry a lot of high end brands at pretty comparable prices. They had Hoka, Brooks, Chacos, Nike, Adidas.... I was honestly so impressed with the selection. Definitely will go back and refer friends. Thanks Noah for making my experience so good even though I didn't find exactly what I was looking for! :)"
